My Approach
I provide therapy for adolescents, adults, and families in Petaluma and Sonoma County, supporting clients who are navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and our work together is shaped around who you are, what you’re experiencing, and what feels most helpful right now.
Some clients are looking for short-term, solution-focused therapy to work through a specific concern, build coping skills, and feel steadier in daily life. Others are seeking deeper, longer-term healing and growth. Both approaches are welcome, and we’ll move at a pace that feels supportive and intentional.
My work is grounded in evidence-based therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and SPACE parent coaching. I offer therapy for teens, adults, and families throughout Sonoma County, with a focus on creating meaningful, lasting change.
